Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines and it’s not surprising given it’s been called the perfect balance of sweet, sour, spicy, salty and bitter. Thankfully, many of the foods are naturally gluten and dairy free since rice noodles and coconut milk are used in place of wheat noodles and milk. In this post I review various types of Thai foods from Amy’s, Pacific Foods, A Taste of Thai, Annie Chun, Dr. McDougall, StarKist and Thai Kitchen.
