From the Ground Up Butternut Squash Crackers, Parmesan Flavored

Although not in the name, these crackers also contain cauliflower as a main ingredient. They are also made with butternut squash, cassava, whole grain rice flour, and potato starch. I worried about a sulfurous smell or taste before opening the box, but thankfully that was not the case. Instead, the crackers are crispy and have a great Parmesan flavor, even with being vegan. Additionally, you don’t taste the butternut squash in the same way that you don’t taste the zucchini in zucchini bread due to the other ingredients.

From the Ground Up Cauliflower Crackers

Their website states the crackers are made with vegan ingredients, however adding the disclaimer that they contain milk due to processing on shared equipment.

Vegan Rob’s Cauliflower Puffs

These puffs are plant based with added probiotics and made with sorghum and cauliflower powder. Like From the Ground Up’s crackers, you don’t taste the cauliflower. What you do taste is a delicious, crunchy snack that melts in your mouth.

Conclusion

Both products are great snacks, especially for those who like crunchy food and want healthier alternatives. Adding cauliflower to food reminds me of sneakily adding vegetable to a baby’s fruit puree. It’s a great way to make food healthier.
