It is worthy of Olympians, thought to have originated in ancient Greece and served to athletes at the first Olympic Games. It looks like pie, has a custard like filling, but called a cake. Whatever you call cheesecake, it’s definitely a popular dessert and comfort food.  Daiya’s Cheezecakes are not only gluten and dairy free, but also free of the most common allergens including soy, peanut, fish, and egg.
