Greatest Thing Since Sliced (Gluten and Dairy Free) Bread

Who doesn’t love a warm bread basket at a restaurant? Undoubtedly bread is loved all over the world and a staple in most countries, whether a croissant, pita, or naan. The significance of bread is evident by the many bread idioms that exist (see pic below). Since bread often is the staff of life (another famous idiom), you don’t have to give it up if you have gluten and dairy sensitivities/allergies since there are so many brands to choose from. In fact, I was blown away by how many gluten and dairy free breads are out there.
