Pasta Noodles, Gnocchi and Sauces

With foods like pizza and pasta, it’s not too surprising Italian food is one of the most popular cuisines loved around the world. Sadly, many cannot eat Italian food because of the wheat and dairy. I suspected I was sensitive to gluten even before being tested because of pasta. Whenever I ate pasta, I became bloated, but not with gluten free pasta. Although most pasta noodles and gnocchi are made with wheat flour, there are allergy friendly options. And you can top them with dairy free sauce.
