If you’ve ever purchased gluten free bread, you know that they are usually sold frozen. Reasons are that many brands ship frozen bread to places where gluten free products are not readily available. Also, preservatives generally aren’t used so they spoil quickly. Exceptions are a few brands that do sell shelf stable bread: Trader Joe’s, BFree, Canyon Bakehouse, Essential Baking Company and Schär.
