Nothing says summer like grilling hamburgers and hotdogs. And hamburgers and hotdogs need great buns. I tried Udi’s hamburger buns years ago and didn’t like them. I found them to be too……. bready. I know that seems like an oxymoron given that it is a bun, but the bread was just too thick and eating the burger was difficult. Well, they must have improved their recipe because these buns are smaller and lighter than I remember. They also hold up very well. Unfortunately, their hotdog buns do not.
