Ciao Bella, Mango Sorbetto
Talenti and Ciao Bella are very similar in taste and texture, but I prefer Ciao Bella because it has more of a mango flavor and is creamier. It is also easier to scoop. Here are the nutritional and allergen facts:

Chloe’s Mango Pops
These pops are like sorbet on a stick and have a great mango flavor, although it’s water-downed compared to Talenti and Ciao Bella.
I previously reviewed Chloe’s Oat Milk Salted Caramel Pops (<https://liveglutenanddairyfree.com/dairy-free-ice-cream-bars-and-mochi/> ). Chloe’s won the delicious living Best Bite Awards, highlighting the best in natural foods that prioritize flavor and clean ingredients. It won Gold for Consumer Choice – Desserts. The mango pops are:
- Made with only fruit, water and cane sugar
- Plant based
- Dairy Free
- Made without stabilizers
- Non-GMO Project Verified
- Certified gluten free
- Pareve
- Do not contain any of the 8 major food allergens
SorBabes Lemon Strawberry Crunch
Sorbabes’ name is a play on sorbet. The founders state, “We were nicknamed the SorBabes as we made our sorbet during the red-eye shift at a small Brooklyn creamery and it just stuck. What better name for ladies making sorbet?!” The crunchy lemon quinoa shell reminded me of the delicious Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake with crunchy coating. It is the perfect blend of creamy, sweet and crunchy. The sorbet pops are:
- Made with only water and whole food ingredients, such as real fruit or nut butters
- Dairy Free
- Verified gluten free
- Vegan
Conclusion
Henry David Thoreau said, “One must maintain a little bit of summer, even in the middle of winter.” These tasty treats will make you feel like you’re extending summer.

“There’s no reason to drink cow’s milk at any time in your life. It was designed for calves, not humans, and we should all stop drinking it today.” Frank Oski (American pediatrician and former Director of the Department of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University. Oski was proponent of the anti-milk movement in the United States. In 1977, he wrote a book called Don’t Drink Your Milk!)
